The ER14250M is a high-performance lithium thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl₂) primary power battery, featuring a fully sealed stainless steel cylindrical casing with dimensions of 14.5 mm in diameter and 25.0 mm in height, also known as a 1/2AA size battery.
